Suma Grill D9 is a highly alkaline specialty cleaner for heavy-duty cleaning in professional kitchens. The formulation of alkalinity, surfactants, and solvents effectively removes burnt-on grease and protein residues from ovens, grills, salamanders, and deep fryers. Sprayed on undiluted and brushed off after a short contact time, the cleaner saves time and labor. For removable parts, a diluted solution can be used. With a pH of 12, the 750 ml concentrate offers maximum cleaning performance – protective equipment is required, and mixing with other cleaners is not permitted.
